Not at all. You don’t need to be flexible, strong, or experienced. Coaching is built around where you are now and where you’d like to go.

Sessions are personalized based on initial consultation and your goal, and may include yoga technique, alignment, strength, mobility, corrective exercise, movement assessment, or work toward a specific pose or goal. No two sessions need to look exactly the same.

Yes! That is one of the main reasons to work privately. We can slow things down, break movements into smaller pieces, and identify what may be limiting your progress.

Semi-private coaching is designed for two or more people who want to work together while still receiving individualized guidance. It works well for friends, partners, or students with similar goals.

My approach draws inspiration from Japanese ideas around mindfulness, simplicity, routine, and finding meaning in everyday actions. These ideas are used as practical tools for awareness and intentional living rather than as rigid rules or quick-fix philosophies.
